Habanos Reclassified Their Brands.
The classification which were "Global", "Niche", "Multi-Regional" and "Regional" until today has been reduced to only "Global" and "Portfolio". The portfolio is divided into three as "Valuable", "Audience" and "Other". Here are the brands and their classes:
BALL : Cohiba, H.Upmann, Hoyo de Monterrey, Montecristo, Partagas, RyJ.
These will be sold in every market and will be innovation and new product oriented.
VALUABLE : Bolivar, Punch, Ramon Allones, Trinidad.
It will be sold in every LCDH and Habanos specialist shop that does not have an import problem. They will be brands focused on value increase.
AUDIENCE: Jose L. Piedra, Quintero, Vegueros.
They will be sold on every LCDH that has no import problems. They will be massive and focused on sales.
OTHER : Cuaba, Diplomaticos, El Rey del Mundo, Fonseca, Juan Lopez, La Flor de Cano, La Gloria Cubana, Por Larranaga, Quay d'Orsay, Rafael Gonzales, San Cristobal de la Habana, San Luis Rey, Sancho Panza, Vegas Robaina
They will be sold on every LCDH that has no import problems. Will be focused on tactical marketing and Edicion Regional
